P2P is limited to camera, NVR or both?

Is p2p connectivity a feature of either the camera or NVR? If I had non-P2P camera's but a P2P setting on the NVR can I still connect to my cameras over a p2p network?

my system:
camera :Dahua 4MP IPC-HDBW4431R-AS
NVR: Dahua NVR4104-P-4KS2

Yes you can have cameras with P2P options as well as in NVR. and if you dont have p2p in your camera but you have option in NVR then still you can see your camera through it. !!
