[Partially Solved] Lame IVS on IPC-T5442TM-AS

I have the 6mm version and have no issues with IVS

I got the license fix, never did the full factory reset and IVS is working as intended, lol

I had the warning on 2, did the license fix and IVS works great.

I did do a full factory reset and rebooted 2-3 times to get it all to stick.
