I got an answer today, but they asked for more information. I hope i will get the file today. I will keep you informed. But mails need seconds, i wonder while it took days. I am excitet waht will happen today....
It was back in jan/feb.'20 - I thought chineese new year was causing this delays so I contacted Hik NED. There I got a reply within 2-3 days which helped as far as i remember.
Anyhow - I hate relying on someone when it's about resetting devices. Would buy Hik again if they get rid of this sh**. Can't afford hanging at customers for hours just to get access to their devices.
