I need help resetting the password for my Hikvision DVR.
Device model: IDS-7204HUHI-M1/S
Date of XML export: [insert today's date]
The device is currently locked and I’ve exported the XML file using SADP Tool.
I was advised by Hikvision support to contact a distributor, but I'm in Libya and none of the distributors were able to help.
Could anyone please help sign the attached XML file for password reset?
