Pelco PTZ Extended Coaxitron?

Is there a way to setup my ptz to use the extended coaxitron controls on address 1? There Pelco SpectraIP based.
I can get video feed on the TXB-N's but can't control the ptz on them, these are ip based.
I also have some Pelco IE30DN's that I can't get any feed on, it just says 404 stream not found.
Any help would be appreciated!

Not entirely sure what you are trying to do but Building Block Video offer many solutions including Pelco Coaxitron.
