good day ,
I am using DeepStack and BI 5.4.6.3
after upgrading from BI 5.4.6.3 to the latest version, i noticed that images that being sent to phone with SMS are reduced resolution

Before upgrading, the SMS will include the picture with the camera's actual resolution .

for example
picture with resolution of 1280 x 720 after upgrade would be received as 640 x 360
picture with resolution of 3072 x 1728 after upgrade would be received as 1536 x 864

if i check the actual alerts folder in windows those pictures are in the correct resolution.

i also decided to try every version after BI 5.4.6.3 all the to way to the last version available and in all of them same issue pictures arrive half of the original resolution , and if anyone wonders yes i did change quality to 100% at the alert settings although i don't think that's the issue because on version 5.4.6.3 it was set to 50% and i would receive full resolution pictures .

also tried turning DeepStack off still same result.

thanks for your help.

update:

the solution was to change the scale (%) value to 100 it was on 50 in the alert settings .

on version BI 5.4.6.3 i didn't need to change this to 100 to get full resolution .
