Hi, the PIR siren on my HIK ColorVu 3k camera (Model: DS-2CE12KF3T-PIRXO) does not set off the alarm once someone is detected. Instead it makes a small beeping sound. I have two of these cameras, the other one is working fine. The camera itself is not faulty, we suspect it has something to do with the settings. Any idea what could possibly cause this? Thanks

It looks like the problem is not related to adjustment/settings. It should be a defective camera, associated with the audio section (speaker, preamp, amp, etc).
