Playback from app DMSS

Do you also facing problem with playback on DSS app? I'm using slider for select right time but sometimes video not loads. I have 10:10 for example and choose 11:15 on the slider and sometimes video freeze and I have to choose time again. It is not what I expected from Dahua brand.

yeh i notice that too, Dahua work very slow to fix these issues.

Do you use micro SD for recording? I wonder how I can fix playback issues.
