Playback of image distorted?

Hi all.

Weird one (to me) I can't seem to figure out. In live view, the camera image looks fine. Even in the preview clip on the clips pane it looks fine. but when I click to run (same on mobile, UI3 and in the app itself), I get this weird view.

It's an Amcrest P/T camera hardwired, if that helps. Any ideas?

Under Camera "properties", "video" tab, set "360" to "NO"....it is likely set to "ceiling".

Just to clarify, the camera properties which @TonyR speaks of is in Blue Iris's local console (not the web interface). And in BI5 it is called "Camera settings".
