I have a DAHUA IPC-HFW2831S-S-S2 IP camera which works very well, when I have alerts on my iphone, I can play videos on iDMSS Plus and DMSS Apps.
I also have a DAHUA IPC-HDW2100 IP camera which also works very well, but when I have alerts on my iphone, it is impossible to play the videos with the 2 apps (iDMSS Plus and DMSS), it displays "No permission ".
I also have a DAHUA DH-SD1A404XB-GNR IP camera which also works very well, but when I have alerts on my iphone, I can play the videos on iDMSS Plus but access is long, and on DMSS, The connection failed.
The 3 cameras send the detection files (videos/pictures) to a SYNOLOGY DS220+ NAS equipped with 8GB of ram and a 2TB SSD hard drive.
Do you see where my problems can come from please?
