Playback unavailable - file is not found

After I recently did an upgrade I have lost the ability to play back recorded clips?
Even logged directly onto the host machine it says the file is not found when I try to view a clip

Can anyone help me to troubleshoot this?

Go to "Status" (graph-looking symbol up top) => "Clip Storage" tab, then down at bottom left click on 'Repair DB" (database); re-boot BI.

Thanks Tony, seems the drive has gone bad but I couldn't find where BI was pointed till you told me where to look.
