I know this isn't really a BI issue, but assume that all of you who have alerts set up to email you a clip have probably experienced this issue. That is, when the email from the BI server arrives, it contains an MP4 clip as an attachment. If you click on it, Gmail says "No Preview Available". Of course, downloading it, allows any installed viewer to play the video just fine.
I find that quite frustrating, given that on the Android phone, clicking on the same attachment from within the Gmail app will immediately launch the video (in a player).
Has anyone found a workaround to get gmail (browser) to play mp4 in preview mode?
