I needed immediate support for Hikvision systems and came across the HikPartner Pro - I was amazed by the platform - the extras that come with it (I won't list them - they did a great job for me without going to the local distributor who was very slow to reset several devices). I wondered if Dahua had something similar and came across the platform DoLynk Care.
A code from the local Dahua distributor was needed to complete the registration (authenticate me as an installer). I turned to them, one had not heard, another told me that the platform is still under development, updates are coming.
My first observations are that the platform is quite "weak" in terms of functions (judging by what I saw in Hikvision's platform - more extras in pit ways)
