Hello and greetings from Germany, (sri., all with Google-Translator)
I have a problem with the new camera. My old DAHUA SD59230S-HN works flawlessly.
The new camera (brand unknown, possibly DAHUA), the PTZ will not work!
The Auto-Tracking function works well.
I was told that I should turn off the automatic AUTO-TRACKING, only then does the manual PTZ system.
I find no menu option to switch off in the configuration.
I need time please help with this configuration.
To configure the camera with "TeamViewer" It would be best. Where is this forum ?, in America somewhere?
Because if so, then we need to discuss a fixed period of time. In America it is day, night in Europe...:sad2:
