I have a van parked on access road. Many cars travel on this access road and shine light directly towards camera. Camera sees right side of van but also many car lights.

Looking for a camera that can handle bright lights from cars and also an object close up.

I am confused by EXIR / WDR / Dynamic Range etc.

What Hikvision cam would be best for my situation $100-$300 price range? Thank you for your help.

stevef22, check out this thread by @zero-degrees; it has a lot of good information to help you out. Can you post a picture of the road/area you are talking about? Are you only interested in Hikvision? You may want to consider a varifocal camera that can get a tight shot to eliminate most of the interference but I'd have to get a better idea what you are looking at.
