Plug2View camera not adding to Little Stars android App

Hi All,

i bought the below picture camera (Plug2View) and i am very excited to connect it to the mobile or be able to record videos on the SD card. but i am i unable to add the camera to the Little Stars app.

i get error (ID number invalid)

Also can i just insert the SD card and record videos and not connect it to the mobile / Wifi?

If you scanned a QR code with the app or entered a UID (Unique ID) number in the app, you're likely using P2P which is their cloud server that allows you connect your smartphone with the cam via your Wi-Fi.

A faulty cam is possible but first, insure you got the ID # correct, maybe delete it in the app and re-enter. FWIW, there are many how-to YouTube videos that may help.
