plugin issue

i have a hikvision Ds-7608ni e2/8p nvr and ds2032 cameras. i am trying to access the web interface of each device on my Apple Mac and it says no plugin. i have installed the plugin from hikvision portal website and it still does not work.

any ideas on what i am doing wrong?

Use pale moon as a web view for the cameras or ie11 all the other pluggings have stopped working now Firefox ect

yes its how you have got it. its the same from my end obviously the ip address are different
