Possible Hit & Run and Another Burnout

There are 2 videos here. First up is a possible hit and run. A vehicle runs a stop sign. You can hear skidding and an impact. The vehicle that ran the stop sign takes off. A witness in a trailing vehicle appears to go after the vehicle that ran the stop sign. In the aftermath you can see at least 6 people come out to see what happened. The aftermath runs at 4x speed. The burnout video starts at the 1:06 mark. It is shown from 2 angles. First is a closeup and then from a wide angle camera.

Listening to the first one, it sounds like the impact was the car hitting the curb. Impact sound was after the tires screeching as it came left around the turn. The car he cut off did not seem to mind as they kept going up the hill.

Because of the sound delay, I wasn't sure of the source of that impact, so you may be correct.
