When I click on an alert on the right side of BI, the object, a bicycle in this case, is already halfway through the screen. How do I get the alert to point to a time earlier, either frames or seconds?
I am using direct to disk recording on 10Hikvision and 1 Huisun (specs below)
I can move the pre-trigger frames all around with no change, 50, 25, 100, etc... but I expect this since I am recording continuously
i-frames match the frame rate
I am recording continuously, so really all I want is when I click on the alert, for it to start displaying earlier... someone on a bike is already halfway through the screen... sure, I can manually scroll backwards, but that is a pain...
I did lower the 'MAKE TIME" (motion sensor min. duration) to 0.4sec and it helped some, but if I go too low, I pick up too many false alerts...

cam11 1920x1080 max 30.0fps (333334) currently 25fps-400kB/s

I am at 15% CPU on a i7 and using 1.15G Ram, recording to a single dedicate WD Purple 4TB drive, so performance is not an issue
