image seems to be out of focus and tilt controls (PTZ) gives me error says "The camera does not support the function". all other settings works.

sounds like seller change to an firmware isnt belong to this cam, any help will be great. thanks

If this is a zoom dome open the ptz and touch the focus button it should then focus up that's all it will have in the ptz

Push the little squares and above the the round ones with the x top is zoom and the squares are focus

The app is iVMS for the iPad

Not all models have the motorized lens..

PT is never available...some models come with motorized varifocal...yours likely does not...open it, you can manual adjust the focus and "zoom" level...or return it..for the same money you can get a much better performing dahua starlight turret with motorized varifocal.

i opened, you are right no motors ... i see two twist knobs on the lens but doesnt do nothing as well. i turn left and right didnt do anything on the cam.

this thing is a pain.. going to list this crap on ebay

it does work...user error...you need to untwist and move them...its not crap you simply bought the wrong item..

one adjusts the focus, there other the varifocal...
