Sometimes folks get banned and they think they can come back to the forum with no consequence and rant about it. He came back 2 times.
User wh@tever using email address notsolucki@gmail.com is an example of this. He thinks he understand the law.
He is using vpn in an attempt to mask his ip.

After filing suit, The next step is a subpoena to Spectrum and Sprint to provide his name and address. He will have to obtain counsel to attempt to quash the subpoena, which will fail as there the suit will allege a valid cause of action.

There are common law causes of action like interference with business practices, defamation as well as Bandwidth theft. When he needs to file an attorney to navigate the court system he’s going to feel the pain.
If he thinks he’s going to stay anonymous he’s wrong.

The post has been deleted, I will not give him the benefit of spreading that Miss information again. The amount is irrelevant. It cost me nothing but a filing fee to pursue him.
