Problem to connect IP camera to NVR Recorder

I have NVR Decoder POE on 192.168.8.168 (DHCP disable)
Camera HICKVISION on 192.168.8.170 (DHCP disable)
Router on 192.168.8.1 (in router DHCP option is enable)
When I connect camera to router, camera is visible in recorder (everythink is ok), but when i connect camera to NVR recorder (i have 8 port in nvr) it is not working (i set camera ip).
Please help me to resolve this issue

NVR is probably on it's own subset internally (most go with 10.xx.x.xx) and doesn't recognize the camera and auto change the IP address to match, so you probably have to manually enter the camera in the setting.

I suspect your NVR is not same brand as camera...

Yes my NVR is not same brand as camera.

I add camera manualy by enter camera ip in nvr menu (i choose onvif protocol). Camera working in NVR only when is plug to router but not working when plug to NVR

Does the configuration for the NVR PoE channel that you want to connect the camera to include an IP address that the NVR expects to find the camera on?
If so - you need to change the camera IP address to match what the NVR is configured to use, then connect it in to the NVR PoE port.
