I am trying to install xprotect go on win7. It starts to unpack installation package...but after a while installation process stops, without showing any error. Net framework is installed. Is some other requirements missing? thanks
XProtect does take a rather long time to install, even on a fresh i7 machine with a virgin copy of Win7 Pro, mine took the better part of 15 minutes to install. Run task manager and see if your CPU shows activity, during the install mine stalled out for a long long period of time before it kicked in and began installing again!
