Problem with Hikvision 2032

Hi, i have a problem with ip camera Hikvision 2032 F-I china version, I installed a nvr hikvision 7608 poe with 6 ip cameras but only one is not detected by NVR. The camera is not broken (led works). What can i do? It may be defective?

1. Check the LAN cable, make sure its crimped properly. Do you have a spare power adapter to plug ? 2.Use the spare adapter and plug into your router directly and see if sadp picks it up

Have you tried swapping ports on the NVR?

Check the cables, make sure connection is clean. If you have put the connectors on yourself or hired someone check them over.

I had a similar issue with another model. First see if the camera works hooked directly to your router. You can get a cheap Poe injector if you need on Amazon or eBay. If it works that way, then try hooking the cameras up one by one on the NVR. This solved my issue.
