problem with hikvision DS-7108HGHI-E1 rom

hi all
first excuse me for my bad English

i have hikvision dvr DS-7108HGHI-E1 was stuck in a boot loop because it toke a wrong firmware

i gave it to the tec guy in my area to fix it but he did the smartest idea he deleted the flash and now he cant find similar device to take a copy of the flash and now the dvr have only power and nothing on the monitor

any body can help me pls

Did he delete the flash using a clip and programmer? Or via bootloader commands?

Depending on which flash partitions he deleted, it may be worth trying the Hikvision tftp updater to see if any low-level activity still exists.

If he didn't delete the bootloader, you might be able to recover via the serial console access.
If this is like most Hikvision devices, you'd need 2 items:
A serial TTL to USB convertor. PL2303HX-based versions work well.
A wired 4-pin 1.5mm JST ZH connector, usually bought in 10-packs, widely available on-line.
