Problem with Hikvision NVR - HELP ?

Hi,

I have DS-9616N-F8
Does someone know that unite at all ?

I wanted to connect it to Hik-connect.com when the problems began.

A) I tried to find software update and could not - at all.
Am I searching in the wrong place ?

B) On DS-76XX, in platform access I always found the HIDDNS options.
On this NVR the Platform access suggest only GB28181 protocol (What's that ?!).

C) On DDNS label I tried to configure manually dev.hik-connect.com and the it says serve connection failed.
When I reset the label and connect the NVR to dev.hik-online.com, it says online.
Can someone explains me what is going on here ?

D) The QR code doesn't work at all on IVMS-4500 when I try the process.

I'm kind of confused... What do want?
You want to connect to your NVR from outside of your LAN?
 
Hi if you go on the Access type it should have HiDDNS?
 
Have you enabled that? and does it work following that?
 
I have enabled that.
It showed that it has registered the 'following' name successfully. After that it writes that the DDNS status is normal.
The problem is that hik-online is not working it became hik-connect
 
Please disregard my message above. Its not HIDDNS.

Under platform access -> access type what options do you have?
