Problem with playback(Dahua NVR4108-8P-4KS2)

Hello, I've installed a dahua nvr4208-4k-s2 and 7 minidome hdw4431m. I have set motion detection recording but i have a problem with playback. Playback videos become jerky after few seconds, it plays normally for 2 seconds than it goes back for half second and so on. This cause a very annoying effect. The strange thing is that playback is normal in web interface.
Any idea?

I have a bug of the same description in my nvr4108-4K-s2 using the latest firmware. So I'm waiting on Dahua.

it was the same with the previous firmware in fact i hoped to solve installing the update but nothing...
