Problem with settings tab

Hi guys, a year ago or so I was able to press the settings tab and get all the parameters but not anymore.
Tried using other browsers, also tried turning off windows firewall but nothing works.
Don't have access to day and night profiles. I only get the Information tab as you can see
See my video to watch what I'm talking about.

Need a bit of help here.

to verify....you have tried Internet Explorer browser as well? Not Chrome, not Edge, not Firefox?

Yes, internet explorer as well.

Have you tried a different computer/laptop? I have never heard of not being able to see menu options on a Dahua camera GUI (other than no IVS lines, auto-track box, etc).

Tried two different laptops and 2 phones.

Thank you!! User was the same but I remembered that time ago I checked the anonymous login box... And this was the problem, I uncheked it and also changed my password and now it's working!
