Problem with water spots inside camera (IR)

Hi, i have problem with water spots inside camera glass. In day there is no problem but after IR on i have problem with it.
What i can do to repair it ? Its cheap china ip camera
I opened it cleared it, and dried up it but still get this water spots on it

Do you have another camera with IR pointing towards this camera? I put in a new camera and I had a similar look, but mine was very small and not taking up that much of the image. Good luck.

Show us a picture of the front of the camera.
Is the foam ring around the lens up against the glass?
Have you put a desiccant pack inside of it to absorb moisture.
When you open it up, take it indoors, take it apart, let it warm up to room temp.
Then reassemble.

Hi, thanks for help, i hadn't have problem with this anymore
But now i have problem with bad quality in the evening. Something like this (in car glass). Its problem with camera or its only need to change settings ?
