I have a new Dahua 8A840WANF to be installed at a customers business in the next couple weeks. He requested a joystick be added in the configuration. The camera is hooked up in the shop and PTZ works using the web interface and with Blue Iris. When I connect the NKB1000 to the network and set it up, it will not control the camera. Also on the shop network are other Dahua PTZ cameras. They all work fine with the NKB1000. So, I know the settings are correct. Firmware on the camera and joystick are current. Has anybody else had this issue?? I have another 8A840WANF arriving next week for another customer and will try the NKB1000 with it.
