Problems connecting over WAN

I connect to BI using two different phones over WAN. Both set up identical. Some times both work, sometimes neither work, sometimes one works and the other doesn't. I go back and do a reset using the Remote Access Wizard, usually it fixes the problem. Has anyone else had the problem and found a solution?

Make sure your Bi machine has a static IP address.
Also, you may need to setup a DDNS in your router, as your home IP maybe changes.
Are you using a VPN to connect to BI?
Or are you forwarding a port?
Bad to be forwarding a port.
