I've just buy HiWatch H204U и камеру DS-T503
From the specification I see both support 5Mp resolution.
But when I connect the camera to the DVR any cannel in the Camera Settings 5Mp option desapears and in dropdown I see only 4Mp as higher option (when I connect camera to the DVR in the screen appears 4Mp25 for the short period)
Is it ok? I believe both DVR and Camera are original, but I don't know how to check it.
Do you have any ideas what is going on?
