Hi, I got an ipcam which doesn't have any name but only a reference TS-IP601 W. It is accessible from inside using an IP and Lan. The problem is that I can't have remote access to my ipcam when I'm far from home. I tried to apply instructions gathered from concerned forums to set up my ipcam so I can access it anywhere from the internet, but unsuccessfully. I don't know where is the problem. Is there anybody to help me solving it. Thank you for responding.

OP- see above...mostly likely this is your problem especially since the cam is accessible from inside your LAN. Also, as many here will advise..you really shouldn't forward ports from a security standpoint and instead setup a VPN. Of course on the other hand if you are not experienced with opening ports to view IP cam outside of network...configuring VPN may not be easy for you. But with enough reading online and watching some YouTube vids you should be able to accomplish it
