Problems with SD22204T-GN-W

Hi to all, I've a problem with ipcam in object.

These are its firmware features:

The problem is: tour is not enable. I mean, when I click on PTZ -> Functions I see tour, but after some seconds it disappears.

Recently i solved same issue with another SD22204T-GN-W upgrading firmware to 2.640.000 but, with this camera,I cannot upgrade. In fact, every time I try to upgrade i see this in log:

Look at post #50, you should be able to track down some firmware. MINI PTZ DH_SD-Mao-Rhea_MultiLang_PN_Stream3_IVS_V2.800.0000000.4.R.191105
There was also, I believe, 2 versions of the SD22204T-GN-W with different processors. Each has different firmware. I have the older version and can't find firmware for it.

I have a firmware problem with my SD22204T-GN too Gianluca/gordo. I rashly updated the FW quite some time ago and then had to downgrade it. But now, as an example, it will only work at all when the password is admin. Mine is the first generation of hardware which needs the FW version dated 2017-9-5. If anyone has that, please post it in this thread.
