Hi,

I noticed a new setting under "AI" >> "Analyze one image each". The setting is called "Prog"

The help file says:
You may select the image interval Prog, short for Progressive, to space the images with variable timing, increasing by 50 milliseconds per image. This is a scheme to analyze for bothfast and slow moving objects (cars vs. people).

How does this actually work? does that mean the first image is analyzed after 50ms, then 100ms, 150ms, 200ms, 250ms, 300ms, 350ms, 400ms, etc..? If so, how does it work for pre-trigger alerts analysis? i.e. if you have 4 pre-trigger image analysis and 10 after alert...

Is this how it works?
Pre trigger: 50ms, 100ms, 150ms, 200ms
Post trigger: 50ms, 100ms, 150ms, 200ms, 250ms, 300ms, 350ms, 400ms, 450ms, 500ms,

Or is it this:
Post trigger: 550ms, 600ms, 650ms, 700ms, 750ms, 800ms, 850ms, 900ms, 950ms, 1000ms

Or have I totally misunderstood?

Just FYI...
In 5.9.6.2, Ken added the following text (highlighted) to the Help PDF - chapter 'Cameras', section 'Artificial Intelligence' ...

Just for fun, I also asked ChatGPT to provide a formula for this series...
