What bitrate are you using? Looks like it could be raised a tad. Try 8192 bit rate if you aren't already.
Thx for the QC advice! I stepped down the file size prior to uploading, probably seeing the drop in quality from the original.
Here's my settings for the Main Stream. I also attached a shorter clip at full resolution for comparison.
