PTZ camera no power.

No power using Poe or power wires. Connections on transformer appear unsoldered. Any one with electronics experience confirm?

What camera model? Is this new? Did it ever work before? How are you powering it?

Picked up off ebay used,not working.
Model is cantek W-ipsd42c212s, appears to be a rebranded dahua dh-sd42c212s.
Tried powering with poe and the 24v ac transformer.
