PTZ camera with good IR... suggestions?

So I was looking at adding a PTZ camera in the front of my house to replace a fixed position camera I already have.

Preferred features of the camera:
My wife likes the dome cameras or something that it would be difficult to tell which direction the camera is pointing

POE and easy to integrate into Blue Iris

Good night vision. (This is hard to find... a dome ptz camera with IR.

Something that is not super expensive. Would like to stay under $350. I know this price is a stretch but seeing if there is anything out there

I don't need a professional grade crazy expensive camera...

Any suggestions?

Domes have all sorts of issues with reflections and the dome degrading over time outdoors.

This is the top dog in your price range right now, and from distance, it's hard to tell where it's pointing.
