ptz controls not showing in UI3

Hi,

I have a few PTZ cameras and the ptz controls are working fine in mobile and on the app but i can't seem to get the ptz controls to show up in the web version / UI3.
This is using 5.8.9.3, the user has ptz privileges and the option for ptz: ir, brightness, contrast been turned on on the UI3 settings, i've tried toggling, resetting but the controls just dont show.
I'm able to use the keyboard shortcuts i.e. up/down/left/right to move the camera.

The PTZ controls only appear while you're on the "Live View" tab, and you may need to click on the word "PTZ" at the top of the side bar if you've accidentally collapsed it.
