I have the PTZ5A4M from Andy, and my PTZ controls stopped working again on my BI. I know it is user error, but what should the proper setting be to get my PTZ cameras to work with PTZ? Should the PTZ/Control be set as a Dahua camera? It has ONVIF (OXML) set right now, but that is not working. Thanks.

I tried the New V5 and it doesn't work, so I'll stick with the New V4 for these newer ones. But this setting doesn't work for my 2 year old PTZ. I'll have to play with it I guess. They are Andy's previous model to this newer one.
I think I just let B.I. find and inspect mine. I have movement controls through B.I. Live view. Generic/onvif
