PTZ DS-2CD8313PF in IR239

Hello, I have a camera IR239 company GUIDE. It is an IP camera and inside has a Hikvision DS-2CD8313PF-E. Recently I set the camera to its Factory settings using a web browser.

Since I did this I have no control over the movements of the camera, I can only see the IR image, but I can not move the Pan Tilt. If anyone has used this type of camera I would be grateful if you could guide me.

Try looking under "serial settings" "RS485" set it to Pelco-D or P, Baud Rate:9600, try differant Ch #'s if it has the option.
If that does not work try other settings in that menu till it starts moving.

Thanks for answering Mel42 is correct, because I have the camera at 9600 baud RS-485, however in the browser have no option to configure the Pelco-D protocol, you know to set the protocol using telnet some command? Greetings!

Hi, I found the solution! I had to enter through the browser: such as specifying http://192.0.0.64/config


In the popup window I could set Pelco-D and management, thank you very much!
