PTZ intelligence setting..??

I updated the firmware today on my SD6AL830VN-HNI and it looks like they added a "intelligence" setting under the PTZ function tab. Not sure what it does.

Does anyone else have this on a different PTZ cam?

(They also removed the global tab in the IVS section.)

In the Events Tab you have any IVS settings available???

Yes, the IVS is still there. I removed the rule I have set up to see if it would auto track without IVS and it does not.

Before update it was auto tracking without any rules???? it should have at-least one rule in any preset.

No, it needed a rule.. I was just testing to see what the new setting was for.

After playing around with the camera a bit more, the intelligence setting will track without a rule in place.
I shut off the IVS rules and set the camera on a fixed location and it started to track when it seen movement.

I would say it does about as good ( or bad ) as the IVS tracking.. 50/50
After the track is completed it will return back to its start location.
It will even work at full zoom.

But this firmware seems to have some frame skipping that comes and goes.
I have waited to apply it to my SDAE240V until I see what other changes I see on the 4K cam, because I have not been able to roll it back to any other older one.
