I need a little assurance w hardware. I'm looking to install a ptz cam on the bucket of my fire companies ladder truck for remote viewing on the ground at large for scenes so command can get a birds eye view of a hazardous scene .
I plan on using a power line Ethernet adapter to the 110v power outlets in the bucket of the ladder to the power outlets on the base of the truck since running extra wires up the ladder is impossible, to establish a closed network within truck with a wireless router installed in a compartment.
I want at least a 20x ptz cam with ir capability for nighttime to mount on the end of th ladder. I plan on using an android tablet for portable viewing on the ground connected to the wireless router so an app lik milestone to control it is a must.
I would also like a monitor mounted connected to it but without a computer or anything connected to it, just be able to turn It on to the camera but I'm thinking that's not possible
Does my setup seem plausible?
