PTZ Tour Changed presets on its own...

Hello,

We have an SD50225U-HNI 2MP 25x Starlight PTZ Cam set to a 24-hour tour with 7 presets. This morning I checked the stream and the preset positions have all changed. The tour is still correct, so to speak, but the preset views are all wrong. The camera has not moved.

Does anyone know how to fix this, aside from recreating all of the presets again?

Silly question but have you rebooted the camera?

I had similar where it seemed to get confused and the co-ordinates were all offset, a reboot took it back to the correct home location and then the presets were correct again. I have the co-ordinates displayed all the time now to see if it happens again.

What firmware are you running?

Great idea! I thought about rebooting, but I was worried I would lose all the saved settings. I ended up recreating the presets, but I'll try rebooting next time (this is the 2nd time it's happened in a couple months).

The cam is using the latest firmware, 2.622.
