PTZ425DB-AT vs PTZ425DB-AT-R - Low Noise?

I need a PTZ with zoom, so I plan on ordering a PTZ425DB-AT soon. I see the smoke lens version, the PTZ425DB-AT-R seems to suggest it has a low noise motor

Is this not present on the regular model?

@EMPIRETECANDY is the regular one also going on sale soon? I see the -R is going to be on sale soon

It is one of the more silent PTZs since the movement mechanism is protected by the dome. Mine kinda sounds like R2-D2 when up close to it.

Keep in mind that this camera needs a lot of light for any distance.

for me classic PTZ425DB-AT is one of the loudest PTZ cams...
it generates very high frequency pitch noise (R2-D2 is good comparison - which moves over air at longer distances and it's very easy to determine source / direction of...

I had installed PTZ425DB-AT for some time on my home building, people from street simply stared at that PTZ when it started to move..
Finally I removed it (cctv laws in EU are much more strict, I didn't want any problems)...

Can someone (Andy @EMPIRETECANDY) confirm / deny that the new 'smoke lens' version is much more silent / have different frequency / noise type?
How much?

Looking at the Dahua website for both cams, the smoke version does actually list low noise, which is interesting

The stocks is on the way to US, 26th will arrive at Long Beach CA, and then need some days to be delivered to Amazon. So i think they can deliver to you at early April. They will ship you soon when cameras delivered.
