PTZIP204WX4IR camera mounting?

I bought an ANPVIZ PTZIP204WX4IR a while back with the mount. The mounting bracket on the camera is a disk that mounts to the wall mount with two screws (not supplied). Then the camera inserts onto the mounting disk and rotates to attach it to the disk on the wall mount. But there does not seem to be anything stopping someone from twisting the camera off and walking away with it. I don't see how the camera locks to the mounting disk?

Anyone own one of these?

OK, I found the manual in French with lots of pretty pictures. The answer is you can't get there from here.
