Hi All,
My Problem unable to switch on / off, push alerts (I.e Alarms : set alarm notification) on the IVMS-4500 , while on outside network..
Works on inside network ...On outside network I get 'connection failed'.
I can view the cameras on inside & outside network , no problem there...
So when I move the nvr & modem to different location , and setup modem on that ADSL2 line (different account, same provider) ...push alerts work..
So same NVR , same modem , different ADSL2 account but same internet provider. Same smart phone. Works in one location but not the other..
Could it be the cameras ???
