I have 2 instances of blue iris running on 2 separate computers. One is connected to my home network and the other is connected to a Wi-Fi router that does not have access to the outside world or internet. I cannot get push notifications to work on the non internet connected instance when my phone is connected to that network. The alerts only pop up when I open the app on my phone. This is not a phone issue as it works fine on my other instance. All settings are the same between both instances, mobile devices tab has my phone checked, push notifications enabled in alerts for the camera, etc. Is it possible to get push alerts without being connected to the internet but while on the same network as the BI instance?
