push notifications will not send

when I click test it says that no messages sent.
no firewall on computer
hardware firewall but does not block anything outgoing

Did you click the checkbox for your mobile device under the mobile devices tab in Blue Iris options?

yes, i also checked my old phone to add an extra device in case something wasn't correct with my current phone. both are iOS.

delete the phones from the mobile device tab then log in again and check the box.

i had tried that already but tried again just in case and still says test message sent to 0 devices

try reinstalling the app on the phone or ensuring it has the proper permissions...if that does not work, email support..

i updated to the latest 4.7.3.2 and updated the iOS app also and that solved the problem. thank you for your prompt responses fenderman!
