Q-See QCW4K1MC* 4K Wi-Fi Cube Security Camera firmware to Dahua firmware

Does anyone know which Dahua camera model this is an equivalent to? I would like to upgrade the firmware to a Dahua version since these cameras are flooding my network with requests to the now offline q-see servers.
